1) How many days will I receive my order?

For orders received from Italy, shipments are entrusted to the GLS express courier, we usually process requests as soon as possible to guarantee our customers delivery in 3/5 working days from the date of the order.

2) What payment methods do you accept?

Payment for purchases on is done through Shopify Payments. Thanks to this tool, all major payment methods can be accepted.


3) How long does it take to receive a refund?

In most cases, the customer receives the refund within 10 working days. Processing times may vary depending on the bank.

Within the authorization period, when a customer is refunded (partially or in full) they may not have the refund item on their statement, as we change the acquisition amount for the debit at the time of deposit. The customer may still be charged as "Pending" on their statement until the period expires.

4) With which credit cards can I pay?

The Shopify Payments system accepts all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay.

Payments via Bancontact and iDEAL are also accepted.
